Does anyone know who was involved in the college football game where the offensive line didn't block?

I was watching Monday night countdown tonight and they showed a clip of an offensive line in some college football game that didn't block for their QB, including one guy who didn't move at all. Does anyone know who the teams were or why they didn't block?
