Is not being able to sing high notes normal after bronchitis?

i had bronchitis about a week ago and i talked like i had a cold. well now i have my normal talking voice back but when i try to sing high notes in songs, my voice cracks all the time now. and after i sing a song, my voice gets scratchy. it's never done this before til i got sick. is this normal? will i get my good singing voice back?
