I have really bad hereditary dark circles under my eyes..?

What can I do to minimize them either with makeup or are there any remedies that can lighten them? I've had them since I was 12 and I don't want them to be visible forever! I understand that since they are hereditary I probably can't get rid of them, but are there any makeups that can actually camoflauge them well? I've tried using a yellow concealer on them, but that doesnt do much. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I follow politics and I love it all. I think that the problem is that most people do not realize that politics dictates how the world acts and reacts to everything. That means what goes on in other countries is just as important as what goes on in your own town, especially since we are so connected by the internet, It is obvious that even the economy is global so politics are also and people should keep themselves informed because when other countries are in peril, we too suffer. Yes I do believe the government is corrupt in most cases and that is I suppose because for so many years it was taboo to question governments and the common people had or took no opportunity to have their voices heard. Now then, it is time to clean house, so to speak and that will take time because it didn't become so corrupt overnight.

I guess if you try to focus more on the positive than the negative, you can change your outlook. But you'd have to work at it. Cynicism usually comes from being kicked around a lot by people or cirstances in your life, it's lessons that are learned the hard way. I wouldn't confuse being realistic with being cynical. Life is not all sunshine and flowers, and being around those types of people can be quite annoying. Life is not all darkness and death either. You have to have a good balance between the two. I made a mistake on my wedding invitations. Need your help!?

No matter what you do someone is going to complain about how you worded it. It's YOUR wedding..YOUR paying for it. There are two ways to look at it. Some people feel that it's a family celebration and everyone should attend even the children (im sure that's how your in-laws perceive it). My in-laws wanted children at our wedding. I made sure EVERYONE in our families knew that we weren't inviting children. Actually I let his aunt who completely agreed with us to make sure everyone knew. Case in point--my in-laws had a wedding..the children were invited and it looked like a childrens party and not a wedding. If you have a small family and would only have like 5 children than ehh I guess you could manage. But I would have had over 40 kids at my wedding. A bit ridiculous? Yes. Now the way I look at it. I feel that it's an adult celebration. You have people getting drunk, dancing and having a good time. I don't think it's proper for children to be there seeing that--my opinion. As for how you write it on the invitation I would write exactly what you wrote but unfortunately you can NOT put no children allowed--its considered tacky. I would have loved to have put it trust me lol...Word of mouth is best. And you seem to be pretty out-spoken like me. If someone puts an extra guests (child) down on the rsvp than call them right away and handle it. Just apologize and say its an adult only ceremony. Or if you have to than just fib and say that the hall doesn't allow children. I wish you luck! Congrats on the marriage!

Student Loans?

I am wanting to go to beauty school but my credit is pretty bad and I cant get a loan without a co-signer. The problem is, all the places i have checked out will not pay for the whole program, just part of it. I dont have any money to cover the other half of what the loan will not cover. So I was thinking about applying to an acedemic school and getting a student loan for that, since they will cover all of finances for that type of school and at the last minute before school starts, I will withdraw then use that money to go to the beauty school of my choice... what will happen if I do that. I understand I will have to start paying back the loan money immediatly instead of making payments after my schooling is done(if i went to the acedemic school)... the loan that I am wanting to get sends the money to you and not the school, so that will enable me to put that money towards the beauty school...what are the problems i might come into if i do that...?

My female cat who is approximately one year old has been peeing on what seems like everything. She peed on an old sofa that we had not too long ago, so we got rid of the entire sofa because it smelled so awful. We then bought a new sofa that is a suede material. Not long after getting this sofa I found that she peed all over both seats on it. This has become very frustrating and embarring when I have company over. I tried MANY different kinds of little pet sprays that they sell at any pet store, but no luck. I also rented a rug shampooer with a hose attachment and got solution to use for the sofa for pet odors, after shampooing twice, nothing has happened. THEN i decided to use nature's miracle spray and nothing happened, still smells bad. I feel like the odor is everywhere and I keep finding new places. I've taken her to the vet and got her checked for a urinary tract infection, and it wasn't that, just a simple behavior problem. Please, someone help!

Where can i get plans for a shed for kayaks and equipment.?

I am building a storage shed for Bok Academy, the local middle school for my Eagle Project. I am looking for some plans for building it. Why is my boiler not working?

our BAXI boiler keeps being fixed momentarily. the heating will come on for an hour or so then just go again untill fixed. The hot water works 50% of the time though. The light and flame on the boiler isnt on. the pipes by the tank are cold. i can see switches around the tank but i dont know what they do . The first guy to look at it is a plumber and couldnt see anything wrong . he managed to get it working but i dont know how. yet it stopped after an hour. the second guy isnt a plumber but also got it working for an hour. 1 year old baby boy- help with eating & sleep? I'm going crazy!?

My son just turned one on sept 9th. He weights abt 23 pounds. His appetite is fair. I would like him to gain a bit more weight. He still currently on Simalic advance formula. He refuses to take whole milk. I've tried everything. To Carnation instant breakfast to even putting a bit of Quick in his bottle. ( i know it's bad, but i'm desperate). Nothing works!! I'm going crazy!! Can anyone help me with this? Also what types of food can i give him to gain some weight? He eats eggs with cheese in the morning, lunch either rice & beans, graduate meals ( sometimes), mash potatoes, yams, and i also still give him the veg's & fruits from the jar. Police banging on my door at 3.30 AM because i left my car door cracked but still locked?

I am on on bail right now for a felony charge (which I am wrongly accused of).2 days ago cops came to my door at 3:30 A.M. pounding on my door). (I had taking my sleeping meds for insomnia so I was ped out and never answered the door). When i woke up I saw a note on the windshield, it was an orange piece of paper called night eyes (it was official) It said that my car door was locked but cracked open (you know like how you can use your hip to close it) then proceeded to tell my that they tried to contact my residence, and that my doors where now successfully closed. MY question is why would a officer beat on my door. I live alone in a nice neighborhood but im still a women who would be scared if I heard pounding at my door that early/late. he left the note in my windshield, wouldn't that be enough. Im just wondering what there motives where. I do know if they lessen, change or add on charges i will be rearrested. so when they came that night could they been there to pick me up and when i didn't answer they umed i knew they where there for me, so they left that note to deter me from believing i would be arrested again the next night and not try to flee, my ex is in jail for felony's that i believe they are trying to charge me with, and the detectives have acted shady in the past. tell my what you think. The fish will get along well enough, but you have too small of a tank for them to really thrive. You should get at least a 20 gallon tank. The guppies and white cloud minnows need a lot more room to swim in. The buenos aires tetras and neon tetras are a little less active, but their size alone will dictate a larger tank than what you have. If you change to a 20 gallon tank, you will not have to change out quite so much water. 10% a week or 25% a month.

I have to travel into London every day from Hitchin. Advice please?

Hiya. I have to commute to London for my new job - sometimes to Liverpool Street and occasionally to Leicester Square. My job starts at 10am, so I guess that I'll be travelling at peak time. I won't actually be travelling around that much once I've got to my job (ie not around London loads). The cheapest way I have found to do it so far is to get a 1-6 zone travelcard from Hitchin, which is 18 quid a day, or 96 quid for 7 days. Is there any cheaper way I could do it please? The rail staff aren't that helpful, and my understanding is that an Oyster card won't be any help since I'm not starting from a London station. Also I'm 26, so I can't get a Young Persons Railcard. Could people with experience of commuting in and out of London please advise. Many thanks.

Crazy confusing dream pls help?

I had a dream last night that started with my ex and I arguing at what seemed to be a basketball game. I left angry to get my car and leave but couldn't remember how to get to it. First of all What are you going to be using the computer for? Browsing/homework/fooling around or are u gonna be using a lot of applications (Word, excel, etc...)/gaming? If it's just for family use or to mess around with the intel celeron processor will be just fine. If, however, you are going to use it for apps and such then the dual core might be a better choice. Dual core will run more smoothly/cooler when put under stress. As far as vista goes I'm not too positive. I'm not a big fan of vista so I stick to XP. Lastly, a modem will allow you to access the internet, if you have internet through an isp. You're better off just going through a provider such as Comcast, att dls, or others. They will provide the modem and service. So, if anything were to happen to the modem it would be covered and no charge would incur.

Dying indoor tomato plant...?

Could my Goldfish have a swimming problem?

King cobra stun gun not shooting electricity/working but it does work, why?

I have a King cobra 5.8 million volt stun gun, and yes it is legal in my area. Often the sound of the electricity popping is enough to stop physical aults and leads to the least violent conclusion. I recharged it the other day and then flipped off the safety and turned it on to test it but nothing happened. I put it against my arm and pushed the on and it still had a current but not near enough to put anyone down and there was no flashing of electricity, popping or smell of ozone. vaporeon would be the choice for me, it is a solid water pokemon that can learn an ice move even though aurora beam isn't as powerful as some other ice moves. gyarados is too weak against electric/ gr types considering they are both super effective and gyarados's defense is not that strong. cloyster is just not strong enough and even though it knows ice/water moves, its special defense will be a hindering weakness whenever it battles. lapras is also a solid choice along with vaporeon, so either one, its up to u. as for me, id pick vaporeon because of its balanced stats.
