How old do you need to be to deal cl III table games? i.e. Blackjack, Pai Gow?

I am 20 years old and currently bartend at the Seminole Hard Rock. I have been accepted to attend their Blackjack dealer cl with job placement. But im no sure if im old enough, tey would have said something if i were?
