I have really bad hereditary dark circles under my eyes..?

What can I do to minimize them either with makeup or are there any remedies that can lighten them? I've had them since I was 12 and I don't want them to be visible forever! I understand that since they are hereditary I probably can't get rid of them, but are there any makeups that can actually camoflauge them well? I've tried using a yellow concealer on them, but that doesnt do much. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
