Would preparation H creme help with hereditary dark circles?

Hi right now im 14 years old and ever since ive been born ive had dark circles under my eyes. My dad has them too. Now dont give me the speech about cubers and such, they dont help. Do you think preparation H creme would help? I'm going into highschool so i need these gone. Thank you.
