Is Western Market Capitalism irredeemably Corrupt?

The western market Capitalism is not corrupt but it has now become inconsistent by a generation who had forgotten how their older generation earned their hard earned money in order to provide them with a good eduction and the capital needed to progress to a better life.The younger generation are contented and wants to depend on government's benefits rather than to worked hard like their ancestors.The only way to manage our own system is to have good politicians who take long term views on how to manage and improve on the systems.
