Regarding naval record keeping about religious conversions?

Before I was born my mother was converted to Judaism by a US military chaplain before she married my father. My older half sister was also converted. However in the winter of 2002 my home burned down and all records of the conversion were lost. Furthermore I am not in touch with the rabbi who did the conversion despite repeated attempts. Does the navy keep records of such things if done by a navy chaplain? if not who might have official doentation apart from the rabbi who did the original conversion?
