I want to get a crock pot but can't decide which one and want tips?

I would get one that has auto shut off. Are you just cooking for yourself? The large ones are 5-6 quarts and make A LOT of food so if you single, get a smaller one. Remember that for proper cooking, the pot has to be 3/4 full.
