I think that your boy friend is just immature and wants to be one of the lads.You are now just convenient for a night out and .If you want to continue listening to his lies and his infidelities then carry on but if I was you I should have a long break from him and see how he turns out in say 6 months time.Nothing to stop you going out and enjoying yourself,he doesn't own you or truly care about you.Live your own life.Good luck
