Miss Venezuela was lucky to win Miss Universe 2009?

I think overall Miss Venezuela was better but score-wise obviously not. I think because Miss Venezuela won last year, it was the first time for two women of the same country to win back to back. Maybe it was a way to gain more viewers for next year (more people will want to see if another Miss Venezuela wins).
