How come rich people and people that work don't want to pay extra for free stuff for poor people?

he is working the system just like a welfare mom. they both know what is legal and they stay within those limits to their most advantageous place. the rules apply for everyone. i have no problem with helping the poor. research the total cost of welfare compared to peoples living standard. the welfare should have kept these people in luxury at these rates.they could live at the hilton except for the administration cost the government consumes in these programs.
